• Strong knowledge of construction industry and B2B selling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiating skills.
• Ability to forecast, think strategically and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product line to maximize financial goals and analyze performance.
• Plan and manage sales efforts; oversee purchasing schedule.
• Visit customers on job sites to initiate sales and provide support.
• Develop product line strategy and profitability objectives.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate purchases, service, and delivery.
• Deliver product presentations and training to sales force and customers.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Marketing and Purchasing to optimize sales initiatives.
• Analyze consumer trends and competitive dynamics to strengthen market position.
• Drive value-added sales processes and complex proposals with vendors and internal units.
