Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an experienced sales executive to lead complex, bundled offerings and guaranteed savings opportunities with high-potential customers at the C-level.

You will promote the JCI value proposition, build long-term executive relationships, and drive customer satisfaction across renewable service agreements and multi-year contracts. You will prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities, leveraging Salesforce and structured account plans to document progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline required.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls offerings at the C-level with minimal supervision, focusing on performance contracting and renewals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with building owners and executive sponsors.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, including multi-year guarantees and services.
• Leverage sales tools (Salesforce, Account Management, Account Plan, TAS) to document progress and opportunities.
• Lead and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer objectives and maximize value.
