Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a senior strategic sales professional to lead the sale of large, complex bundled offerings with guaranteed savings to C-level executives. You will promote the JCI value proposition by solving business and financial challenges, building long-term relationships with building owners, and driving renewal service agreements.

You will manage the full sales process, plan with tools like Salesforce, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maximize account upside.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive field sales experience at the C-level.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Sell complex bundled offerings to C-level executives with guaranteed savings.
• Develop and manage long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
• Execute the sales process to qualify, close opportunities and renew agreements.
• Plan progress using sales tools to increase opportunities.
• Lead account teams and coordinate with internal support to maximize value.
• Present proposals and negotiate contracts to close major opportunities.
