Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a senior field sales professional to sell large, complex bundeld offerings to high-potential, C-level executives. You will promote the JCI value proposition by delivering solutions to business and financial challenges and building lasting relationships with building owners and their representatives.

The role requires five to seven years of progressive field sales at the C-level, a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (MBA preferred), and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of progressive field sales experience at the C-level.
• MBA preferred for strategic leadership roles.
• Ability to travel 50% and manage complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Sell Johnson Controls offerings to C-level executives and owner representatives.
• Develop and manage long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
• Negotiate value, close sales, and expand contracts with renewals.
• Use Salesforce and related tools to plan and document progress.
