Job summary

Penumbra is seeking a Business Process Analyst within the CFSO team to analyze processes, gather business requirements, and design improvements. The role partners with IT, SAP, Accounting, and Sales Operations to deliver meaningful solutions and manage change.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in related roles, hands-on SAP experience, and a background in regulated industries. On-site work is required, with a broad scope across business systems and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with SAP.
• Detailed understanding of OTC process and transactional implications.
• Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industry experience desired.
• Experience with SAP, GHX and Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to analyze and document requirements and implement solutions.
• Communicate and mediate outcomes effectively with stakeholders.
• Project manage and drive change management, including planning and testing.
• Improve and optimize current systems in the business.
• Develop business cases for new applications with cost/benefit analysis.
• Work with end users to test plans and verify systems.
• Coordinate with SAP, IT, Accounting, Sales Ops, and Quality teams.
