Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, systems support, or related field.
• Experience using Jira, Q-Test, and SAP S4 HANA.
• Proven ability to manage projects through their full lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site business process support across functions for new and existing enterprise systems, including SAP and Business Information Warehouse.
• Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design for Quality functions, identifying opportunities to establish effective and efficient business practices.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align business requirements with SAP S/4HANA standard functionality and broader business objectives.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and other project deliverables.
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and system capabilities to improve operational efficiency within the manufacturing environment.
• Drive cross-functional and global collaboration across Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to articulate site requirements, align solutions, coordinate testing and simulations, and document results.
