Job summary

BroadBean is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate needs into technology-enabled solutions. You will gather requirements, map current and future states, and support business transformation initiatives.

You will facilitate workshops, document requirements, develop BRDs and user stories, and collaborate with IT, project managers, and leaders to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile project environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
• Develop process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and business cases.
• Partner with IT, project managers, developers, and business leaders to deliver solutions.
• Support solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation.
• Analyze business data and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Prepare executive presentations and project documentation.
• Identify project risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Drive continuous process improvement and change management.
