The ideal candidate will manage integration plans, build reusable artifacts, and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, including legal, HR, IT, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technical discipline with 5+ years in industrial distribution or manufacturing.
• PM experience required; leading large cross-functional projects, especially integration planning.
• Experience with ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and track progress toward integration objectives and synergies.
• Develop long-term plans to improve productivity and success.
• Lead and develop integration plans and artifacts for future use.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide process optimizations.
• Monitor progress; report status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships across legal, HR, IT, and accounting and payroll.
