Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing, with project leadership.
• Background with large-scale ERP integrations and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and track progress toward integration objectives and synergies.
• Lead and develop integration plans and teams across functions.
• Maintain regular reporting to executives and stakeholders on progress.
• Collaborate with legal, HR, accounting, payroll, IT and other admin areas.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive enterprise-wide optimization.
