ASM is seeking a Senior Director, M&A Integration to lead planning and execution of integration activities for acquisitions and strategic investments across a global semiconductor equipment company. You will coordinate with executive leadership, engineering, operations, supply chain, HR, finance, and IT to ensure smooth post-close integration and strategic outcomes.

The role requires 12+ years in M&A/integration, strong program management, and cross‑functional leadership in semiconductors.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in M&A integration or related.
• Experience leading complex integration programs in semiconductor, capital equipment, or industrial technology environments.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, equipment technologies, and product development processes.
• Experience integrating engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integration planning and execution for acquisitions, technology purchases, and strategic investments.
• Develop and manage integration plans, timelines, milestones, and governance processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, product management, quality, HR, finance, and IT.
• Identify and address risks that could impact business continuity, customer commitments, employee retention, or integration progress.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to executive leadership.
