Job summary

Beacon Software seeks an experienced Integration Program Manager to lead fast-moving, end-to-end acquisitions integrations. You will own the plan, cadence, and escalations across IT, Finance, GTM, Legal, and HR, ensuring a clean handoff for newly acquired companies.

You will drive the integration plan, coordinate with the GM, and translate current operations to Beacon standards, moving identity, devices, security baselines, and core systems forward while keeping leadership informed with honest

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs from start to finish.
• Experience coordinating across IT, Finance, GTM, Legal, and HR.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Run integrations from close to handoff and own the integration plan.
• Coordinate with the GM and team through first weeks post-close, ensuring smooth operations.
• Sequence migrations of identity, devices, security baselines, and core systems.
• Maintain status visibility, escalate early with recommendations, and improve the playbook for future integrations.
