Job summary

Veritiv seeks an Integration Program Manager to plan, govern, and realize value from enterprise integration initiatives across the organization. You will translate deal objectives into actionable plans, milestones, and governance to protect business continuity and accelerate synergy capture.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with IMO leadership, finance, corporate development, and acquired company leadership to deliver on transaction commitments and drive value realization.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in program/project/integration roles; M&A integration experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Executive presence, business and financial acumen; ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop integration plans, milestones, dependencies, and governance aligned to transaction goals.
• Lead select integration initiatives with defined timelines, deliverables, and follow-through.
• Partner with Finance and Corporate Development to tie integration to deal assumptions and value drivers.
• Prepare executive-ready updates, scorecards, and governance materials for IMO leadership.
