You will promote BesTitle services, build a robust pipeline in local markets, and collaborate with the BD team to craft mutually beneficial proposals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing, CRM experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience with CRM software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to identify opportunities and develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential client relationships.
Meet with local lenders and real estate agents to go over the services and benefits of using BesTitle.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Attend local marketing events, and conduct themselves in a professional manner.
Collaborate with other Business Development members of the company about local marketing trends and proposals.
Gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline using a CRM system.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
Conduct ongoing market research.
