Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to identify and convert new business opportunities in ICT and Wire & Cable within Packing & Specialty Plastics.

Preferred location is Houston, TX, with consideration for Midland, MI or US-wide remote options. You will collaborate with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Commercial teams to create demand, develop value propositions, and accelerate growth by expanding Dow’s market presence through new applications and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new customer opportunities aligned with growth priorities.
• Build a robust pipeline of prospects and projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Supply Chain.
• Drive market penetration and new business launches.
• Engage decision-makers to grow Dow’s market presence.
• Forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning support.
• Lead from prospecting to proposal and commercialization.
