Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to identify and develop new opportunities across ICT and Wire & Cable within Packaging & Specialty Plastics. The role is primarily about growing Dow’s market presence by creating demand and accelerating growth, with collaboration across Marketing, TS&D, Product Management and Commercial teams.

Preferred in Houston, TX, with option for Midland, MI or US-wide remote. Travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or military equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in ICT and Wire & Cable segments.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Supply Chain.
• Lead opportunities from prospecting to proposal and commercial launch.
