Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Business Development Specialist. The preferred location is Houston, TX, with Midland, MI or US-wide virtual options.

You will identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities in ICT and Wire & Cable within Packing & Specialty Plastics, collaborating with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management and Commercial teams to create demand, develop value propositions, and accelerate growth. Travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Legal right to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new customer opportunities.
• Build a robust pipeline of prospects and projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Supply Chain.
• Drive market penetration and commercialization of new solutions.
