Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to identify and develop new opportunities across ICT and Wire & Cable segments within Packaging & Specialty Plastics. The role collaborate closely with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Commercial teams to create demand and accelerate growth.

Preferred location is Houston, TX, with flexibility for Midland, MI or a US-based virtual office. Travel up to 50% is expected as part of market expansion and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead identification, qualification, and development of new customer and application opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing to identify market trends and growth segments.
• Collaborate with Technical Service & Development to evaluate feasibility and accelerate commercialization.
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies for new applications and accounts.
• Engage decision-makers to build relationships and uncover opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence to guide strategy and innovation priorities.
• Lead opportunity development from prospecting through launch.
