Job summary

BlueTeam is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business and revenue streams. You will actively listen, pursue cold and warm leads, and manage the full sales cycle, documenting activities in the CRM.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of traveling to disaster sites and client visits as needed, with a proven track record in service-based sales within construction or restoration sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field or 5+ years related experience in service-based sales/restoration/construction
• Experience in CRM tools and MS Office suite
• Understand construction processes and client organization to grow revenues

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the sales cycle for each opportunity/lead.
• Proactively source, strategize, and develop new client relationships and referrals.
• Generate leads and sell new accounts for various company services.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships and drive value of our products and services.
• Travel to major disaster sites and client visits as required.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
