Job summary

BlueTeam is seeking a Restoration Superintendent to lead daily field operations in our disaster recovery projects. Working with the Project Director, you will develop the ROM, build the project schedule, and drive completion on time and within budget.

You will maintain a detailed daily log, coordinate crews up to 20+, ensure safety meetings, and communicate project status with owners and management. Expect extensive travel up to 75% and a strong focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of restoration experience.
• IICRC certifications: WRT, ASD, Fire, Mold preferred.
• Knowledge of IICRC/ANSI S500 and S520 standards.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and respond to 24/7 emergencies.
• Able to safely operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (non-CDL up to 26’).
• Willingness to work flexible on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations with Project Director.
• Create ROM and project schedule, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Maintain daily field reports, logs, and safety briefings.
• Supervise labor crews, up to 20+ employees.
• Coordinate travel, equipment, and PPE procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
