Job summary

BlueTeam is seeking a Project Director to lead regional client development and manage restoration and construction projects across local markets. You will be the senior on projects, driving revenue through proactive sales and ensuring project success from inception to completion.

Responsibilities include developing leads, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with clients, adjustors, and the project management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management or related field required.
• Minimum of five (5) + years related experience in sales, restoration, or construction.
• Established book of business or clientele.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work without micromanagement.
• Willingness to travel 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with regional accounts in local markets and with regional decision makers.
• Create revenue through sales opportunities.
• Be the highest-ranking official on projects and manage restoration and construction projects for clients.
• Review resources to identify leads and potential client prospects.
• Negotiate and settle invoicing and scope/proposals with clients, adjustors, and consultants.
• Lead project scopes, estimates, and budgets within assigned regions.
