Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and consultatively sell solutions to assigned clients.
• Define client objectives and hiring needs with clients.
• Develop client-specific strategies to achieve revenue, gross profit and targets.
• Conduct site visits and sales meetings with clients.
• Collaborate with NAM, ITO, and MMS teams as needed.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, extensions, and amendments.
