Job summary

Sikich LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager (Jefferson Wells) to build and manage a territory in collaboration with practice directors and fulfillment teams. You will partner with clients to provide solutions across risk advisory, finance and accounting operations, and tax services.

You will develop a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, assess client needs, and drive strategic sales plans to expand share of wallet within accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field.
• 7+ years in solutions sales within professional services.
• 7+ years in Accounting, Audit, Public Accounting, Industry Accounting, or auditing.
• CPA is a plus; sales experience in public accounting or consulting is preferred.
• Experience prospecting to open doors and secure meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales pipeline for new and existing clients.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver client solutions in risk advisory, finance, and tax.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives through proactive communications.
• Develop strategic sales plans to retain and grow client accounts.
• Navigate client environments with sound judgment and urgency to close opportunities.
