Sikich is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Chicago region who will lead sales efforts across risk advisory, finance and accounting operations, and tax services. You will build relationships with new and existing clients, identify opportunities, and drive growth with cross-functional teams in a professional services environment.

The role requires a strong track record in solutions sales within professional services, plus deep accounting/audit experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance/Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of solutions sales experience in professional services/management consulting.
• 7+ years’ experience in Accounting, Audit, Public Accounting or related fields.
• CPA is a plus; industry experience and/or internal audit background helpful.
• Experience prospecting to open doors and secure meetings.

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through outreach, networking, and market research.
• Assess client needs and align offerings with service capabilities, initiating next steps when a fit is found.
