The Director will drive revenue through opportunity identification, competitive positioning, and comprehensive capture planning across the SOF Enterprise, including commands, staffs, and CCMDs.

Expected salary range: $150,000 - $170,000. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, market intelligence, and effective proposal management to shape long-term success

Qualifications

• Strong track record of leading business development in defense or government sectors.
• Experience shaping capture strategies and win themes for complex contracts.
• Ability to build and manage long-term pipelines across multiple commands.
