Our solutions deliver decision‑quality insights from the tactical edge to the enterprise, ensuring users can access, analyze, and act on critical information with speed and confidence.
The Business Development (BD) Lead for Army and U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) is responsible for driving growth across CDI’s portfolio within these accounts. The role involves identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities, building and maintaining senior‑level relationships, and aligning CDI’s commercial software offerings with mission needs. It requires strategic thinking, operational understanding, and hands‑on execution across the full business development lifecycle—from market shaping through contract award.
Pay Range: $135,000.00 – $170,000.00 + benefits. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement, or other law.
