Job summary

Parry Labs is seeking a Senior Director of Growth for SOCOM to own growth and capture across UxS and autonomy common control campaigns. You will lead pursuits with PEOs SOF AT&L, SOFWERX, and unit commands, shaping open architectures and driving bookings in a senior field role.

The role requires a proven track record closing SOF deals, strong briefing skills, and willingness to travel about 40% in support of program engagements and industry events. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of defense business development, capture, program management, or acquisition experience focused on SOCOM.
• A record of closed SOF deals with detailed example.
• Experience selling/maturity of mission systems for SOF.
• Active Secret security clearance (U.S. citizenship) and ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Own the number and pipeline for SOCOM and carry a bookings target.
• Grow Parry Labs’ position across SOF enterprise and expand open mission systems work.
• Open SOCOM for FUSION and position the control systems as conformant with SOCOM’s open architectures.
• Engage program offices, SOFWERX, and operators early to shape requirements.
• Lead captures from qualification through award and manage win strategy and pricing.
• Represent Parry Labs at customer engagements and industry events; maintain CRM and forecast.
