Job summary

Parry Labs seeks a Senior Director to own growth and capture for the SOCOM UxS and autonomy common control campaign. You will lead a cross‑functional effort across PEOs and SOFWERX to secure new task orders, expand the FUSION product family, and drive a robust bookings strategy.

The role requires a proven SOF deals track record, strong relationships within MacDill SOCOM circles, and the ability to articulate a win strategy, pricing, and program plans to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in defense business development, capture, program management, or acquisition focused on SOCOM.
• Proven track record closing SOF deals; ability to walk through contract details, funding sources, and win strategy.
• Strong relationships across SOCOM acquisition ecosystem; familiarity with PMs, SOFWERX, and program offices.

Responsibilities

• Own SOCOM number and pipeline; build and carry qualified targets and bookings.
• Grow Parry Labs open mission systems and C2 work across the SOF enterprise; expand existing IDIQ engagements.
• Position Parry Labs control systems as a conformant SOCOM open control architecture integrated with autonomy baselines.
• Engage program offices and SOFWERX early to influence requirements and competition.
