Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Sales/Business Development with Government or DoW customers.
• Leadership experience within U.S. Army or USSOCOM may substitute for corporate sales experience.
• Experience selling to Defense/DoW markets and ability to articulate EO/IR concepts.

Responsibilities

• Owns BD for U.S. Army and USSOCOM customer base and builds a multi-year pipeline.
• Develops and executes complex capture strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Leads proposal development, market analysis, and strategic planning to meet targets.
