Qualifications

• Deep understanding of 3PL contracts, commercial agreements and pricing/solutions.
• Experience in development of proposals and presentations, and ability to communicate customer requirements at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced presentation and persuasive skills, ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Directly contribute to profitable revenue growth through a combination of new business acquisition and collaborative growth strategies to grow existing accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within North America.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Commercial team to support cross-selling opportunities.
• Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
• Generate and provide market intelligence to identify new opportunities.
• Act as a visible and influential thought leader for the business.
• Ensure all business development activities are in strategic alignment with the Unipart Way.
