• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Deep understanding of 3PL contracts, commercial agreements, and pricing/solutions.
• Experience in development of proposals and presentations; ability to translate customer requirements at all levels.
• Understanding of P&L and the big picture with attention to detail.
• Strong market understanding and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including with internal/external customers.
• Advanced presentation and persuasive skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks per instructions and routines.
• Willingness to adjust working hours to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Directly contribute to profitable revenue growth through new business acquisition and growth strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within North America.
• Collaborate with Commercial team to support cross-selling opportunities.
• Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships.
• Generate and provide market intelligence to identify new opportunities.
• Act as a visible and influential thought leader for the business.
