Crown Bioscience, a premier CRO, seeks a Director of Business Development to drive new business in North Asia and surrounding regions. The role is based in Korea, requiring strong cross-cultural communication and deep knowledge of biology and preclinical services.

You will lead relationship development, manage sales cycles, and represent Crown Bioscience at regional and international meetings, aiming to exceed growth targets while expanding the client base.

Formación

• BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred (PhD, MBA).
• 5+ years industrial experience, CRO/CDMO preferred.
• Biology/pathology background and drug development understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prospect potential clients and leads, leveraging an existing network.
• Cultivate relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
• Organize and execute face-to-face client visits with senior staff as appropriate.
• Manage all parts of the sales cycle to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
