TricorBraun Inc. seeks a curious, collaborative Business Development Analyst to grow new business by connecting with potential customers and understanding their packaging needs.

You will use insights, prospecting tools, and outreach to qualify opportunities and hand them to the Sales team, working across Digital, Marketing, Sourcing, and Sales to support lead generation and strong client relationships.

Formación

• Experience in lead development, prospecting, or customer outreach.
• Experience using a CRM system to manage customer or prospect information.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with potential customers via calls, emails, referrals, and other channels.
• Ask questions to understand packaging needs and business value.
• Research businesses and identify contacts using prospecting tools.
• Follow structured outreach to develop qualified opportunities.
• Partner with regional leaders to connect opportunities to Sales.
• Follow up on marketing leads and inbound opportunities.
• Maintain accurate data in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing to improve inbound programs.
• Improve lead-generation processes and use of technology.
• Support additional regions or channels as needed.
