Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of direct report team, coaching and joint calling.
• Leads marketing relationships to drive business via community events and referrals.
• Acts as liaison to support acquisition and pipeline management across bank lines.
• Interviews customers and prepares documentation on business needs and earnings.
• Collects and analyzes financial data for proper account structure.
• Maintains aggressive calling program for new and existing customers.
• Develops a network of referral professionals including attorneys and realtors.
• Manages prospect pipeline and coordinates with courthouse lists and referrals.
