• Supervises the day-to-day activities of direct report team including coaching and joint calling.
• Provides guidance and mentoring for current team members in development of new banking relationships and servicing of existing client base.
• Leads relationship with Marketing to drive business via community events.
• Carries out business development to identify bank prospects and networks with centers of influence and other referral sources.
• Interviews customers and prospective customers and prepares documentation for business needs.
