Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Requires five to ten years of experience with Commercial Underwriting and related experience in Credit Analysis, Commercial Lending, Portfolio Management, Loan Review, or Special Assets.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting staff and monitor the daily work queue to ensure efficient application turn-time.
• Underwrite and make timely lending decisions with delegated lending authority.
• Provide first-level support to Business Banking Underwriter I's with guidance and decision-making input.
• Ensure compliance with applicable lending laws and bank policies and procedures.
