Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of direct report team including coaching and joint calling.
• Leads relationship with Marketing to drive business via community events and networks with centers of influence.
• Acts as a liaison to support acquisition and pipeline management with operations and support areas of the Bank.
• Interviews customers and prospective customers to assess business needs and structure accounts across all business lines.
• Maintains a network of referral professionals such as attorneys, realtors, developers, and financial advisors.
