PNC in Linwood, New Jersey is seeking a Relationship Banker Business Specialist to drive consumer and small business opportunities. Based at the Linwood Branch, you will work to expand share of wallet and engage ecosystem partners to deliver tailored financial solutions.

You will manage leads, convert referrals, and deliver a high-quality client experience across deposits, lending, and cash management while adhering to risk policies. Notary duties may apply in this role.

Qualifications

• University / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree as stated in the education section.
• Notary Public in the applicable state is required or may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Lead referral generation and ecosystem partnership activities to grow wallet share.
• Manage client relationships, profile needs, and provide tailored banking solutions.
• Educate clients on deposits, lending, cash management, payments and investing options.
• Collaborate with branch team and other units to follow up on opportunities.
• Deliver a differentiated client experience and ensure risk controls are followed.
• Participate in lobby engagement and promote PNC products to clients.
• Support daily branch operations and ensure efficiency and accuracy.
