U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to combine sales, relationship management, and financial acumen to help business clients achieve their goals.

You will develop new client relationships, deepen existing partnerships, and deliver tailored financial solutions across lending, treasury management, deposit, payment, and other banking services while growing your own career. This role requires proactive outbound marketing, networking, and building a durable book of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Experience prospecting companies with annual revenues greater than $10 million.
• Experience working with SBA 7(a) and 504 lending programs.
• Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending experience.
• Developer & Investor Commercial Real Estate experience.

Responsabilités

• Spend 60-70% of time on outside business development and self-sourcing opportunities.
• Develop and manage new and existing business client relationships.
• Build Centers of Influence networks to generate referrals.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-focused solutions.
• Assess banking needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Proactively manage an assigned portfolio by maintaining credit quality and renewals.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and other teams to deliver solutions.
