U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to help our business clients achieve their financial goals. You will engage in proactive business development, manage client relationships, and deliver tailored financial solutions across deposits, lending, treasury, and payment services.

You will work with internal partners to ensure strong credit quality, renewals, and ongoing client support, while building a broad COI network to drive referrals and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three to four years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Business development, active prospecting, and self-sourcing business opportunities.
• Develop, grow, and manage new and existing business client relationships.
• Build and maintain Centers of Influence (COI) networks to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-focused solutions that create long-term, trusted relationships.
• Assess clients' banking needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their goals and objectives.
• Educate clients on available deposit, lending, treasury management, payment, and other banking solutions.
• Proactively manage an assigned portfolio by maintaining strong credit quality and overseeing renewals, annual reviews, and ongoing client needs.
• Obtain credit approval within assigned lending limits and recommend appropriate credit structures.
• Partner with Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Business Banking Credit Card, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Make referrals to additional business lines and specialists as appropriate to meet client needs.
