Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union in Texas is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to grow commercial relationships through disciplined calling, centers of influence, and digital research. You will build referral pipelines and coordinate with Treasury Management and Underwriting for pricing and structure.

You will prescreen loan opportunities, review financial packages, and tailor solutions to client cash flow and working capital needs.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with SBA lending programs and processes.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nusenda at community events to promote the organization as a preferred financial institution and workplace.
• Pre-screen loan opportunities, interview applicants, gather financial packages, and assess SBA program fit.
• Collaborate with business banking underwriting to structure terms, collateral, and covenants for pricing and risk.
• Document all interactions in CRM and conduct regular check-ins based on relationship size and complexity.
