• Minimum 1 year in a Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending role.
• Solid understanding of business products, credit, and industry practices.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million; manage deposits, cash management and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions and an outstanding client experience.
• Identify and promote financial solutions while managing risk and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationship development plans with guidance from management.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term primary banking relationships across lines of business.
