JPMorganChase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager I in Business Banking to manage a portfolio of 100–120 business clients with $1–$5 million annual revenue. You will provide tailored financial solutions, education, and advice to enhance client experience while managing risk.

You will collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams to connect clients with specialists, supporting branches and maintaining strong client relationships across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business experience and knowledge of business credit and core products.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and know when to elevate.
• Proven ability to prioritize and own client issues.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100–120 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; provide cash management and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions aligned to clients' financial needs.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify and promote suitable solutions.
• Conduct in-person visits with prospects, COIs, and clients; review strategies with manager.
• Identify and pursue new business clients and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial goals.
• Provide leadership by supporting branches and adhering to risk management protocols.
