Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager I in Business Banking to help clients grow with tailored financial solutions and risk-informed advice. You will manage a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with revenue up to $5 million, delivering deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities while building long-term banking relationships.

Collaborate with partners across lines of business to address client needs, as you uphold risk management standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit, products, and services with understanding of industry/market needs.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners; strong communication skills.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and escalate when appropriate.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with revenue of $1–$5 million.
• Provide deposits, cash management solutions, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions and risk-informed advice to clients.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their locations; maintain relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client needs.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
