Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in its Business Banking division to advise and manage a portfolio of 70–90 small to mid-size business clients. You will deliver tailored banking solutions, cultivate new relationships, and coordinate with partners to meet client financial goals.

You will regularly visit client locations, assess credit opportunities up to $500,000, and uphold risk-management standards while ensuring superior client experience and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with associated risks and escalate when needed.
• Proven relationship-building and portfolio management abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million and negotiate credit up to $500,000.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions and an outstanding client experience.
• Apply knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to maximize client profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients to maintain and grow relationships.
