Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager I in Business Banking to manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, deliver tailored financial solutions, and drive deep client relationships. The role emphasizes risk management, cross‑line collaboration, and providing proactive financial guidance to both small businesses and their owners.

You will engage with COIs and clients on-site, coordinate with Wealth Management and Home Lending teams, and help grow Chase’s business banking footprint across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• General business knowledge of credit and banking products; understanding of industry practices.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Proven ability to balance client needs with risk and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100 - 130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions to clients.
• Identify and promote solutions to support profitability and risk management.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their locations.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to build primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client needs.
• Provide leadership by supporting branches and adhering to risk/regulatory requirements.
