Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of 100–130 business clients with revenue of $1–$5 million, providing financial advice and tailored banking solutions across deposits, cash management, and lending. You will build strong client relationships, coordinate with internal partners, and uphold risk management standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business knowledge including business credit and core products/services.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and escalate when needed.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and own client issues.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100 - 130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposit, cash management, and credit solutions.
• Deliver customized banking solutions to business clients to meet financial needs.
• Identify and promote solutions to best serve the client and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct regular in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationship development processes.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Provide leadership by supporting branches and adhering to risk management and regulatory requirements.
