Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager in their Business Banking division to manage a portfolio of 100-130 small to mid-sized business clients. You will deliver tailored financial solutions and education to help clients grow while maintaining risk controls.

Responsibilities include cultivating long-term banking relationships, coordinating with Wealth Management and Home Lending teams, and providing leadership in risk management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending experience.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products; understanding variations by industry/market.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with bank risk and decide when to escalate.
• Ability to manage priorities to meet business objectives; follow through on client issues.
• Proficient with MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with $1–$5M revenue; manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored Chase business banking solutions to meet client needs.
• Promote solutions based on business, finance, banking, credit, and risk considerations.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to grow primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client goals.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
