Chase is a leading financial services firm focused on helping small businesses grow through financial solutions, education, and advice. The Business Banking team seeks a Business Relationship Manager to build relationships, deliver tailored financial guidance, and uphold risk management while serving clients.

You will acquire, manage, and retain 100–130 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million, offering deposits, cash management, and credit up to $500,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business knowledge and understanding of core products and services with awareness of industry practices.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and elevate issues appropriately.
• Ability to set priorities to achieve business objectives and follow through.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100 - 130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding experience by providing tailored business banking solutions.
• Identify and promote solutions that serve the client and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct regular in-person client calls and maintain relationships while refining strategies with management.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to cultivate long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial goals.
• Support branches and uphold sound risk management and regulatory compliance.
