Job summary

Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager to help small businesses grow through tailored financial solutions, education, and advice. You will manage a portfolio of new and existing business clients with a focus on client experience and risk management.

Responsibilities include acquiring 100–130 clients with $1–$5M revenue, delivering cash management and credit opportunities up to $500k, and collaborating with partners across Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams to meet

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• General business knowledge of credit, core products, and industry variations.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with revenue of $1–$5 million; provide deposit, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions and education to Chase business clients to enhance profitability and experience.
• Build relationships with prospects and existing clients through in-person or remote meetings; coordinate with partners to meet client needs.
• Identify and pursue new business clients and cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with branches and cross-lines (Wealth Management, Home Lending, Branch Teams) to serve client goals.
