Job summary

Vision Bank in Shawnee, Oklahoma is seeking a Business Development Officer to grow commercial deposit business, promote treasury management services, and increase fee income through relationship-based sales.

You will serve as primary relationship manager for business clients, identify opportunities, coordinate internal resources, and deliver customized financial solutions while upholding Vision Bank's standards of service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business banking, commercial banking, treasury management, or business-to-business sales preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, banking experience, and demonstrated business development success may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships through proactive prospecting, referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with business customers by understanding operations, goals, and challenges.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline by documenting and following up on opportunities via the Bank's CRM and sales process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored banking solutions and exceptional service.
